ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In case of defect, you must call TASER at 800 418 9283 in order to receive a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number prior to returning any item. Any returned items must be packed in original TASER packaging. Used or expended cartridges and shipping charges are non-refundable

Shipping the TASER branded products out of the United States is restricted by federal law and neither the TASER branded products nor its technology can be exported without a validated export license issued by the Department of Commerce.
Limited Warranty
(a) TASER International, Inc. (“TASER”) warranties are detailed in the user manuals.

Please note, C2 units returned to TASER International for repair after the expiration of the weapon's factory warranty will be subject to a fee.
